Pete Brawerman and Whit Allen

Pete and Whit have worked together as an executive management team for over 18 years. During this span, they have assisted global companies in need of sales, business development, channel development, change management, turn-around management, and consulting services.

 

Prior to starting Brawerman Marsh, this team had first-hand industry experience by holding executive management positions for one of the nation's leading integrated merchandising supply chain companies. During this experience, Pete and Whit developed an industry changing end-to-end merchandising supply chain process that is currently deployed within the largest consumer packaged companies in the world.

In 2006, they founded Brawerman Marsh Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. Brawerman Marsh is the market leader of in-store merchandising strategies to leading global consumer packaged goods companies. Brawerman Marsh solutions have helped companies such as Dial/Henkel, SC Johnson, and Kraft Foods to measure, manage, and increase the success of their at-retail promotional investments.

 

Scott McClain

Scott has acquired more than 20 years of executive management experience at The Dial Corporation, a subsidiary of Henkel. In his most recent assignment, Scott served as Director of In Store Merchandising. In this role, he led the creation of a centralized In Store Merchandising department. The formation of this department resulted in significant sales revenue increases, decreased cost and increased supply chain efficiency.

 
In addition to this role at Dial, Scott has held executive level positions in Sales and Sales Planning during his tenure at Dial. In these roles, he has led teams, facilitated organizational change, strategic planning and business integration.
