WE HELP INTIGRATE YOUR BUSINESS FOR IN-STORE SUCCESS.

Once critical data is collected and analyzed, we use our proprietary ISIS™ (In-Store Integration Strategy) value chain framework to calibrate a process architecture tied to your organization's strategic plan. During this phase, we also design and define cross-functional execution teams, recommend a budget and build sophisticated cost estimating models.

We enable greater accountability by ensuring integration of priorities, activities, and processes across various functions throughout all levels of the organization.

Design

The architecture of a new corporate organization takes great consideration and a tremendous amount of attention paid to detail and supporting data. Brawerman Marsh will compile actionable data that supports the design, strategy, and placement of your in-store merchandising organization.

As this will be a cross-functional organization, we pay careful attention to ensure that this new department is properly linked and aligned to all functions within the ISM Value Chain. Furthermore, based on data and corporate strategy, we will make recommendations where this new centralized team should reside within your company.

HR Integration

With all of our organizational design projects, we diligently strive to create a structure that is headcount neutral while utilizing existing resources. In doing so, team member roles and responsibilities may change, especially if new positions are created. To assist in this effort, Brawerman Marsh can create all formal job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and their integration into the greater corporate organization and new in-store merchandising process.

Resource Utilization

The in-store merchandising process is extremely complex with many moving parts. To be sure, an inefficient process not only adds unnecessary touch-points, but also becomes resource intensive and very costly. Through activity based costing, Brawerman Marsh can provide a resource utilization analysis to uncover unnecessary process touch-points. Our analysis will evaluate your current process and resources in order to make recommendations that improve productivity in both.

Through this analysis, Brawerman Marsh can deliver:
• Improved resource efficiency
• Effectively leveraged vendors and partnerships
• Reduced commercialization timelines
• Delivered cost savings

Measurement Objectives

After structural design of a new in-store merchandising team is in place and its location within the company is decided, Brawerman Marsh will identify the strategic measurement objectives that will focus this new team. Focusing this new team on objectives related to profitability and growth, and not just cost savings, is key to creating a best-in-class organization.

Where these goals may oftentimes have competing strategies between departments, Brawerman Marsh is adept at designing goals and strategies that do not compete, but rather work collectively to deliver both top and bottom line results.
