Design
The architecture of a new corporate organization takes great consideration and a tremendous amount of attention paid to detail and supporting data. Brawerman Marsh will compile actionable data that supports the design, strategy, and placement of your in-store merchandising organization.
As this will be a cross-functional organization, we pay careful attention to ensure that this new department is properly linked and aligned to all functions within the ISM Value Chain. Furthermore, based on data and corporate strategy, we will make recommendations where this new centralized team should reside within your company.
HR Integration
With all of our organizational design projects, we diligently strive to create a structure that is headcount neutral while utilizing existing resources. In doing so, team member roles and responsibilities may change, especially if new positions are created. To assist in this effort, Brawerman Marsh can create all formal job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and their integration into the greater corporate organization and new in-store merchandising process.
